Meet our Team

Martin Kaczor is a managing partner of KS Law Group, LLC. Martin graduated with a degree in Political Science and English from the University of Illinois at Chicago.  He obtained his Juris Doctorate from John Marshall Law School. Martin predominately practices real estate law. He works with first time home buyers to investors in purchase and sales of single or multifamily units in Illinois.  Martin also handles condominium deconversions and other real estate ancillary matters.

Arthur Szczypta is the managing partner of KS Law Group, LLC. Arthur obtained his Bachelor’s of Science of Commerce from DePaul University.  He attended John Marshall Law School for his Juris Doctorate.  Arthur predominantly practices transportation law assisting transportation companies in Illinois in various legal matters.  Arthur also practices Personal Injury and Workers Compensation with co-counsel.  He speaks Polish fluently.

Marc B. Stookal has over 30 years of experience in workers’ compensation cases in Illinois. Mr. Stookal has tried workers’ compensation cases throughout the state of Illinois representing injured employees ranging from small employers to the largest in the State.   He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association.  Mr. Stookal prides himself on maintaining close and frequent with his clients in order to provide current and accurate information as well as a sense of compassion during the case.
